HITO Gateway to Apprenticeship Promotion

Introduction

The HITO Gateway to Apprenticeship promotion runs through to 31 December 2026 for 2025 graduates. And through to 30 June 2027 for 2026 graduates.

Terms and Conditions 

1. Reduced fees are only available towards the first year of an apprentice’s HITO fees, regardless of what apprenticeship programme or year they are in, as long as they have not previously signed in to a HITO training agreement.
2. Reduced fees will be applied from the date of sign in (between 1 January 2025 and 31 December) and cover 12 months of fees. Fees for subsequent years of the apprenticeship will return to full price.
3. The 50% reduction in fees is not transferable or redeemable in cash and can only be used toward HITO apprenticeship fees.
4. Learners previously signed into a HITO training agreement, employers, those on a visa, or those classified as non-funded apprentices by TEC are not eligible to receive 50% off their fees.
5. Apprentices can only continue to receive reduced fees if they meet the progression terms and conditions outlined in their training agreement. If an apprentice does not meet the progression terms during their period of reduced fees, their fees will return to the full amount for the remainder of the year.
6. HITO reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend these terms and conditions.
7. This offer is available
   1. This offer is available between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026. For those who completed a gateway programme with HITO in 2025.
   2. This offer is available between 1 March 2026 and 30 June 2027, for those who complete a gateway programme with HITO in 2026.
