About the Role:
You’ll be delivering high-quality hair services while creating exceptional experiences for our loyal clients, including:
Cutting, colouring, foiling, toning, and blow-drying (level dependent)
Professional client consultations and personalised recommendations
Shampooing, treatments, and service preparation
Supporting the team during busy periods
Maintaining salon cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards
Assisting with retail recommendations, stock, and client records
Participating in training, team meetings, and ongoing development
Following all health & safety and salon policies
About You

You’ll bring:
3rd Year Apprentice experience or full hairdressing qualification
Confidence in cutting, colouring, foiling, toning, and styling (experience-based)
Strong communication and consultation skills
A professional, reliable, and well-presented approach
A calm, positive attitude in a busy salon environment
A genuine passion for empowering women and building confidence
A desire to grow, learn, and be part of a long-term team
